Boston Party Bus Limo - Terms of Service

By placing a reservation with Boston Party Bus Limo you acknowledge and expressly agree to the following policies, terms and conditions:

Making a reservation

When you are ready to reserve and book your party bus, please use our Party Bus Online Booking Form to submit your order/reservation.

Rules and Regulations

  • It is prohibited to exceed the maximum capacity of this vehicle.
  • Service begins when the driver arrives for the initial pick-up of all passengers and ends at the final destination or drop-off of all passengers or the time your reservation ends, whichever last occurs.
  • We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen property.
  • Do not under any circumstance distract the driver while the bus is in motion.
  • We do NOT permit illegal drugs on our buses.
  • We do NOT permit weapons of any kind on our buses.
  • Underage drinking is strictly prohibited.
  • If the bus requires cleaning beyond what would be normally expected, additional cleaning fees will apply.

Unforseeble Events

Traffic, street access and other conditions are unpredictable. If your vehicle does not arrive as expected we will not be held liable.

Other Terms

Boston Party Bus Limo requires a minimum of at least 7 business days prior to the scheduled pick up. Late cancellation is subject to the full charge of the trip including all tolls and parking fees. If you made a round-trip reservation, and you would like to cancel it, please remember to cancel each segment of the trip separately, otherwise, the account will be charged the full amount of the trip.

Boston Party Bus RatesCustomer agrees to be responsible for all reservations made resulting in a “No-Show”. If you have any difficulty finding your chauffeur, please call our toll-free number (1-800-287-8414) and we will try to assist you. In order to avoid being charged a No-Show fee, please do not leave the designated meeting location without notifying us.
